As a woman over 40 creating a life I love, I think it’s important to share my stories & encourage you to do the same. I want to build a community for women of all ages who are looking to find joy in every stage in life.

I'm a Therapist to Therapists, a boy mom x2, an empty nester, an Entrepreneur, and everything in between.

Here, I want to create a space for us therapists to talk business, motherhood, dating, and so much more. Plus, you know I’ll be slipping in some tips and tricks along the way to help you create your best life.
