My 2021 Favorite Things

I’m no Oprah, but I figured, ‘why not celebrate a few favorite things that brought me joy and comfort this year?’ Hopefully you find something from the list that you will enjoy just as much as I.

Passion Planner

For the past five years, I’ve used it to plan out my life, and, I promise you, it is everything! What I really love is the concept of planning your year around what you are passionate about. It has a format that allows you to dream big, without limits. Then you make a monthly and daily roadmap to get there. I used it to kickstart my practice into high gear. It’s also a female owned, California-based company. The planners are available in three sizes (small, medium and large) with several embossed design covers to choose from. I just received mine for 2022 and I chose the Large in Marble! I can’t wait to get my 2022 Passion Plan started!

Apple AirPods Pro

This was a gift I didn’t know I needed from my SonShines. Every time I’d pull out my earbuds, they’d laugh because the chords were

always so tangled. What I love about them: the noise canceling is bananas and excellent for virtual sessions when privacy is a must, and I swear, the sound quality is so good I can hear a pin drop. They also have a serious battery life and last all day, so you don’t have to worry about charging them or them going dead in the middle of a virtual session. They sync seamlessly with other Mac devices, and have cute little cases.

Part of my self care routine includes getting a good soak in the bathtub. Bubble baths are my go to when I need quiet time to think and get centered, and research shows bathing lowers stress levels and aids in muscle recovery. Dr. Teal’s products make bath time feel ultra relaxing and luxurious.

If you haven’t heard about this concoction, you’re highly missing out on some of the softest skin and smell good-it’s really the best kept secret and layering these two products creates a fragrance that brings all the boys to the yard. LOL! It’s great to use after a good soak in the bathtub, or right after shower time. Go directly to Trade Joes, I promise, you won’t be disappointed!
